2024 Blue Pyrenees Estate Semillon

A modern and fresh style of white.  This single vineyard wine was fermented in stainless steel with short term aging on lees before bottling.  The nose displays great purity with aromas of lemongrass and lime zest.  The palate is driven by highly defined citrus fruit, giving the wine great poise and length.
