2024 Blue Pyrenees Estate Fumé Blanc

A small parcel of Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and matured in neutral French oak for a period of nine months prior to blending and bottling. The nose displays lifted aromas of pink grapefruit, flint, and subtle toast. The palate of this single vineyard wine is driven by ripe citrus and tropical fruit, with a long textural core giving length and definition.
