2024 Blue Pyrenees Estate Chardonnay

A small parcel of Chardonnay from Block 31 on Blue Pyrenees Estate was hand-picked and whole bunch pressed before fermenting and maturing in French oak barriques (20% new). This single vineyard wine shows grapefruit and cashew nut aromatics with white stone fruit flavours and great length.
